GILES ROTHWELL, PRESIDENT

Giles is the President and founder of 1OAK. Previously Giles was Global Head of Sales for structured products to retail and private banking at JP Morgan London and Global Head of Investor Solutions at Barclays Capital London. Prior to this he ran Equity Index and Exotic trading at BZW and co-founded the Specialised Derivatives Group at HSBC London.

GIOVANNI BONACCORSO, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Giovanni is the CEO and founder of 1OAK. Previously Giovanni was Head of European distribution, origination, and innovation of alternative products for the PIPG team at Goldman Sachs in London. Prior to GS, he held the same position at Barclays Capital in London under the supervision of Giles. Prior to Barclays, he had a similar role at CSFB and BoNY-Susquehanna for the Southern European derivatives team.

YOUSEF HELOU, CHAIRMAN MENA

Yousef is the Chairman of the Middle East and North Africa region. Yousef is in charge of the strategic growth of the MENA region for the whole 1OAK Financial Group, as well as running the Dubai branch. He has over 20 years of experience in managing and developing a number of businesses as Senior Vice President for Merrill Lynch WM out of London, and over 8 years at Barclays Wealth as Managing Director providing senior coverage for the region out of Dubai.
